Returns Policy

Before any action to return an order, please contact Elitra on (02) 9371 5775 or shop@elitra.com.au  to discuss and arrange the  the return.

Elitra will provide an exchange, refund or store credit note for change of mind  in accordance with the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 10 days from the date the goods are delivered 
  • The swing tag is still attached to the item/s 
  • The item has not been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned 
  • The item has not been damaged while in the customer’s possession  

 

Once the items have been received they will checked and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this transaction once complete.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately via email or phone and we will need the item returned so we can organise a replacement for you.You will not be charged for the cost of postage for the return. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you will be refunded.
